It's Monday and that means we're shining the spotlight on one of our products! Today's feature is our Simple Soap. We chose to do a simple soap for a quite a few reasons! For one, it makes a great soap to use both in the shower and around the house. Also, some people aren't fond of scented products or might be sensitive to certain types of scents, so this is a great option for them. Sold at a lower cost, even with the special blend of oils we use, this is a great bar to try out to see if you might be interested in some of our other bars of soap. Our oil blend contains a combination of olive oil, coconut oil, palm oil, castor oil, and shea butter.
Olive Oil is the heavy hitter in our Simple Soap, as well as our other soaps, because it's a moisturizing oil that helps to rehydrate the skin and is rich in both Vitamin A and Vitamin E. Coconut Oil contains antimicrobial agents. This helps the soap do what it does best - destroy germs! Additionally, this oil acts as a moisturizer when used in small amounts. It also creates those fluffy soap bubbles everyone loves! Palm Oil is the vegan substitute for tallow, so it adds the similarities of tallow without using animal products. It produces a nice creamy lather and helps with the hardness and longevity of our bars of soap. Castor Oil helps retain moisture in the skin. Shea Butter may be a lux item, but we just had to put it in our Simple Soap! It has so many benefits - it moisturizes, reduces skin inflammation, and smoothes the skin! Check back next Monday!
