We have finally come to our first blog! Hello everyone and thank you so much for being our supporters and customers. We could not have gotten here without you. You've already seen a little bit of the backstory on why we started Pierre’s Scrub Shop. So, where do we go from here is the next question. The last few months have been such a great experience since the release of our bath bombs and soaps. Please feel free to give us feedback and reviews, as we are always looking for your input to help improve our products!
When we first opened, all we had was a small selection of bath bombs. This fueled us to keep going, as we waited for our soaps to finally cure. Then we released our signature series of soaps along with two limited edition soaps - Sea Salt & Lavender and Autumn Fig . That first weekend of the soap release, we got a bit overwhelmed but I can’t complain. It was the greatest feeling knowing that so many of you were interested in what we had to offer.
You are probably wondering why we have a small selection of soaps and bath bombs. Why we haven't made more varieties or why we haven't branched out to other products. Being that it’s just my wife and myself, having a simple selection means knowing that you will get the best quality products we can offer. We love every bath bomb we have for sale and lots of hours go into creating and testing a batch of soap before we feel it’s worthy. We would never sell something that we wouldn't use ourselves! We personally tested every recipe we made before we decided it should go on our storefront. Any new products in the future will get the exact same treatment.
What will the future bring? I can’t say just yet. Right now, we are just rolling with it. I have to say, I take great pride in our latest release of our Everyday Face & Body soap. It is our most luxurious soap to date and man does it feel good when your skin is getting dry.
In other news, I have been growing a beard the last few months and found out that the Everyday Face & Body bar also makes an excellent beard wash. It washes without stripping your beard of its natural oils. So look out guys, you need to get our hands on that one!
